Highlights - Challenge #231 - Floral Prints

Hello everyone! Thank you all so much for joining in our floral prints challenge last week! There were so many beautiful projects to look at. That makes my job of picking a Top 3 very difficult! I would have loved to pick them all, but here are my Top 3...well, Top 4, in no particular order:

I love this pretty pocket letter that Janis made. Every little pocket is a piece of art!

I love the watercolored sentiment on this card.

Love the embossed panel on this card! Such pretty colors, too!

This is the cutest little frog ever, and I love that it is a pop up card!

Thank you all for playing along with us! Be sure to grab your "Featured" button in the right side bar!

Challenge #231 - Floral prints

Hello everyone! Lori here, and I will be hosting this week's challenge. This week I am challenging you to use floral patterned paper on your project. You can use as little or as much as you want on your project, I just want to see some floral paper!

Floral prints are some of my favorite patterns to work with - especially on cards - which is what I have created for you today.

Here are the beautiful projects from the rest of the team:

Jenna

Gail

A Halloween/Birthday card done up with Graphic 45 papers.

Tina
Lots of florals on this Birthday card

 Karrie
I made my page with this pic of my dad and stepmom around their 5th anniversary, using several different floral patterned  papers with similar colours, and black and chalkboard for cohesiveness.

Coaster Calendar plus Post it Notes

Khristina
There is also a process video for this layout on my YT Channel!

Lots of inspiration for you today! I hope you join us this week for my floral prints challenge! Thanks so much for stopping by!

Challenge # 230 - Die Cuts and/or Punches

Hello everyone, Martha Lucia here this week to share with you a great challenge week! I love to combine in my creations stamps with die cuts and/or punches and today I want to invite you to follow me in this style. You can create any style of project, just must be using die cuts or punches!

This is my card, I made this using two different die cuts from Gina Marie, the stitched loop border and the XL Butterfly that I combined with Hugs and Smiles stamp set from Joy Clair Stamps. If you want you can find the complete tutorial to create this HERE in my blog.

I used the Tim Holtz dies *Wildflowers*, just love the shape of all the different blossoms. For the background I used a die also designed by him, the *Mixed Media* die set.

I colored the tag with distress ink in Stormy Sky and Walnut Stain by just wiping the pads over the tag, I love the vintage feel of this technique.

If you're anything like me, I am still trying to catch up on last years Christmas photos, but here is a Christmas punch art Bon Bon I made for last years celebrations. Using a number of punches, this little reindeer is a cute character you can add to any Christmas project.

Gail

The scalloped ovals are Spellbinder dies and the numbers are Sizzix Tim Holtz dies.

Tina
The Santa and the Tree are electronic diecuts from my cameo

Challenge #228 - Show us an animal on your creation!

Hello my crafty friends!

It's Majo here today to show you my inspiration for the new challenge ... easy peasy, just show us an animal on your creation. A photo, a stamp or a die, it doesn't matter as long as it's an animal ♥

This is my tag. I used VivaLasVegaStamps for the images and lots of other stamps for the background.

.... and a little close up of *Bette Davis* eyes :)

So happy that you join us.
Please take a look at all the fabulous work our design team has come up with!

Hugs
Majo ♥

This layout uses BoBunny (White Out) products and a sketch from PageMaps.

I created this card using a Peacock die cut from Die-Versions. If you want to see the complete tutorial to create this you will find HERE
